- Preheat oven to 425
- Slice the potatoes into fries, using a mandolin or a sharp knife
- Arrange in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet being careful not to let them touch.
- Sprinkle with any salt free dry seasonings you like (optional)
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown
