Quick individual sized veggie pizzas.
- Whole wheat tortilla shells
- Tomato sauce
- Chopped or sliced fresh veggies (anything you like!)
- Sautéed Mushrooms
- Steamed spinach
- Steamed broccoli
- Vegan cheese (optional)
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Prepare all of the toppings ahead of time. They can include slicing fresh vegetables, steaming spinach and/or broccoli, and sautéing mushrooms, or anything else that you like
- Line baking pans with parchment papers
- Lay whole wheat tortilla shells on the parchment lined pans
- Add tomato sauce to the tortilla crust. Just a little more than a coating, making sure you don't add too much, because it will make your pizza soggy and fall apart
- Add the toppings
- Bake at 425 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes, until the exposed tortilla crust begins to brown and crisp
