Quick Tortilla Pizza

Quick individual sized veggie pizzas.
Ingredients
  • Whole wheat tortilla shells
  • Tomato sauce
  • Chopped or sliced fresh veggies (anything you like!)
  • Sautéed Mushrooms
  • Steamed spinach
  • Steamed broccoli
  • Vegan cheese (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Prepare all of the toppings ahead of time. They can include slicing fresh vegetables, steaming spinach and/or broccoli, and sautéing mushrooms, or anything else that you like
  3. Line baking pans with parchment papers
  4. Lay whole wheat tortilla shells on the parchment lined pans
  5. Add tomato sauce to the tortilla crust. Just a little more than a coating, making sure you don't add too much, because it will make your pizza soggy and fall apart
  6. Add the toppings
  7. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes, until the exposed tortilla crust begins to brown and crisp
