Steamed Kale
I love steamed Kale! So delicious! It is very easy to wash the kale and then just scrape if off the stems, rip it into bite size pieces and steam it.

Carrots with the greens still on
For some reason my kids love steamed carrots if the green part is still left on. It’s a total novelty for them. We got these carrots from our CSA farm and they were so tasty. The other shot is of the rest of the dinner, a hodge podge of other veggies and tacos.
