Food, Inc. is an eye opening film about the modern food industry. I consider it a must see. In order to understand the big picture, we need to understand how we got to where we are today, and the cost that we are paying for both the convenience and cheaply priced food that most people demand today.
These things do not come without a price. We are unfortunately paying for them with our own health, the health of the planet.
While this movie approaches the situation from a different perspective, the messages around health and sustainability are there, and I obviously think it’s another important film that you should make the time to watch.
